Perbandingan Persepsi Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kepuasan Konsumen Online Food Delivery

This study aims to determine the comparison of service quality perceptions and consumer satisfaction national online food delivery services (Grab Food) local (Cak Ed Food), with a case Grab Food Cak consumers in Lamongan. The research approach used is quantitative-comparative. population were people who had services, while sample was 100 respondents. data analysed using paired T-Test test help SPSS application. results showed that there no significant difference between quality, customer satisfaction.
